UASI Announces the Appointment of Kevin J. Cook to the Board of Directors
Under new leadership, UASI expands its’ Board of Directors to include Kevin J Cook to take advantage of his expertise scaling organizations in the healthcare industry.
Kevin J. Cook, the Founder and Managing Member of Albemarle Advisors, has worked successfully for over 30 years with entrepreneurs of businesses from start-up to $200 MM in revenue in the business services, health care services, distribution and light manufacturing industries. His diverse professional background incorporates private equity, investment banking and C-Suite operating and strategy experience that has been dedicated to driving scalable and sustainable business models that optimize shareholder value.
Kevin graduated from the University of Virginia with a Bachelor of Arts degree and holds a Master of Business Administration from Cleveland State University. Throughout his professional career he has serviced on a number of corporate boards including several in the healthcare industry.
