We are currently seeking experienced Professional Surgical Coders who are CPT coding experts in professional billing of surgical cases performed in both the inpatient and outpatient setting. Qualifications include:
- Experience coding a variety of specialties such as: General Surgery, Urology, Podiatry, Orthopedics, ENT, Gyn, Cardiology etc.
- 3 years’ recent coding experience.
- AHIMA or AAPC certification.
- Basic proficiency with email and MS office.
- Basic proficiency with remote-based connectivity including using a VPN or Virtual Machine and 2 factor authentication with access to a smart phone.
- Basic use of video conference technology such as MS Teams, zoom, etc.
