ICD-11 Officially Released for Implementation
On February 11th, the World Health Organization (WHO) released ICD-11 2022. This is the official version of the eleventh revision.
Mary Stanfill, MBI, RHIA, CCS, CCS-P, FAHIMA is Vice President of Consulting Services for UASI. Mary has over 30 years' experience in the Health Information Management field, including serving as a Vice President at the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA) for several years. Mary is responsible for development and delivery of consulting solutions addressing coding and documentation practices. Mary achieved her RHIA in 1985 and a Masters in biomedical informatics from the Oregon Health Sciences University School of Medicine in 2009.
