Marketing and Sales Coordinator Job Description

With 40 years of success building the brand and our stellar reputation, we are seeking an eager Marketing and Sales Coordinator to provide support to our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in marketing and the ability to prioritize and manage a diverse workload.  

 

Responsibilities: 

Marketing Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and execute a social media content calendar to ensure consistent engagement across various platforms. 
  • Create and schedule creative posts, engage with our community, and analyze performance data to improve results. 
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in social media and digital marketing technologies. 
  • Handle all logistics for events and trade shows, including registration, preparation and coordination of booth materials, material transportation, and internal communication 
  • Work closely with vendors and team members to ensure a strong presence and effective presence at events. 
  • Manage post-event communications, analysis of event and lead integration into our CRM system. 
  • Utilize HubSpot to manage marketing lists, forms, reporting, setup campaigns and workflows, and track their success to inform future strategies. 
  • Produce detailed reports from HubSpot on marketing activities and their outcomes for review by senior management. 
  • Serve as the Hubspot expert to support users and ensure maintenance of accurate and current records of customer and prospect information within HubSpot. 

  

 Administrative Support: 

  • Assist sales representatives with preparing sales proposals, RFP responses, contracts, and presentations. 
  • Facilitate contract administration and ensure client/project set up 
  • Coordinate sales meetings and appointments. 
  • Assist with the implementation of marketing campaigns, including social media management, email marketing, and content creation. 
  • Produce and distribute sales and marketing performance reports 
  • Handle general administrative duties such as filing, scheduling meetings, administering follow up actions, managing correspondence, organizing travel and catering as needed. 

  

Required Skills and Qualifications: 

  • Demonstrated ability in marketing, sales support, and CRM administration. 
  • Proficient with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including MS Teams 
  • Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize a diverse workload. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interaction with various stakeholders. 
  • Ability to facilitate strong alignment between marketing and sales departments 

  

 Additional Experience (preferred): 

  • Creative experience is a plus for generating content and ideas. 
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools.  
  • Experience with Canva and/or other design tools beneficial. 
  • Google Analytics / Google Search Console 
  • SEO Tools like SEMrush 
  • Social Media Management (Loomly, Sprout Social, Buffer, etc) 
  • PPC Ad platforms (e.g., Google Ads) 
  • LinkedIn Campaign Manager
